This course is part of two-semester course (together with XS470 in spring semester). These courses can be undertaken in any order. Neccessary for undertaking: Opennes to empathicaly listen to others and honesty to oneself. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- Develop communication competencies relevant for building relationship (especialy with students in classroom) and useful in tense or conflict situations.
- Syllabus
- Training is aimed to improve three pilars of nonviolent communication: Empathic listening, Honest self-expression, Self connection - Elements of communication that block connection - Transformation of judgements and enemy images - Framing for dialogue - 4 steps of expression: Observation, Feelings, Needs, Request.
