Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to understanding the basic principles of electron microscopy and microanalysis training of SEM, EDX, and WDX analytical problems on electron microscope and microprobe
Learning outcomes
After completing this course the student will be familiar with the basic principles of electron microscopy and microanalysis. He/she will also be able to operate an electron microscope after completing the course.

Assessment methods
intensive course, practical examination. In the case of a crisis pandemic situation, the course will be completed in the autumn semester of 2020 by distance form.
