- The course aim is to give each student the space to create a personal vision, based on working with their motivations, goals and values. In addition to constructing the vision itself, the course also focuses on identifying participant's character strengths, as well as recognizing potential risks in pursuing participants' vision. The vision does not have to relate to the professional area only, but also to the area of relationships or leisure.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
Reflect on the concept of character strengths.
Recognize their strengths and find areas in which they can use them.
Theoretically describe the difference between comfort zone, learning zone and panic zone and identify them in their daily life.
Describe the basic coping strategies.
Construct a personal vision, break it down into corollary parts, and plan action steps to achieve it. - Syllabus
- The course has the following blocks: Reflection on selected life areas, Naming experienced values, Comfort zone, learning zone, panic zone,strengths identification, Coping strategies, Formulation of personal vision.

- Teaching methods
- Block teaching: learning by experience, introspection, visualization, group discussion and reflection, theoretical blocks.
- Assessment methods
- Active 100% participation in the course, the course is compact, the individual meetings build on each other. The maximum benefit is only gained by full participation. Preparation of a short final essay.

- Classes will be held in blocks from 31 March 2023 to 2 April 2023 (Friday to Sunday) in Brno. Reserve a whole day for the lessons. Specific information will be announced by email before the start of the course.
