- Course objectives
- The lecture is aimed on acquiring and fixing basic practical behaviour in the teaching of chemistry, especially on application of appropriate didactical methods. Practical lecture will be carried out on some featured topics of general, inorganic and organic chemistry and biochemistry teached on gymnasiums. Especially accented will be the practical use of all available lecture resources and instruments.
- Syllabus
- All exercised topics: structure of atoms; periodic table of elements; chemical bonding; molecular shapes; chemical reaction kinetics; chemical equilibrium; pH; elements of 14. -17. groups; alkanes; alkenes; alkynes; aromatic compounds; alcohols; aldehydes and ketons; organic acids; heterocyclic compounds; synthetic macromolecules; sacharides; lipides; peptides and proteins; enzymes; nucleic acids; metabolism of sacharides, lipides, proteins and nucleic acids; regulation of metabolic processes.
