- Seznam úloh: 1. Studium emisního a absorpčního rtg spektra. 2. Stanovení orientace rovinného povrchu monokrystalu. 3. Stanovení orientace monokrystalu Laueho metodou. 4. Prášková difraktografie kubické látky. 5. Měření tloušťky tenké vrstvy rtg odrazivostí. 6. Studium povrchů pomocí AFM. 7. Stanovení indexu lomu a tloušťky tenké vrstvy elipsometrem. 8. Optická reflektivita křemíku. 9. Hallův jev v kovu a polovodiči. 10.Technologie přípravy kondenzátoru na křemíkové desce.
