- Course objectives
- The objective of the laboratory course are studies of basic properties of compounds important for biochemistry, and methodological approaches in the study and analytical application of enzymes. Content of the first part includes qualitative and quantitative determination of carbohydrates, amino acids, proteins and nucleic acids. The second part is oriented to enzyme kinetics and further studies on properties of enzymes.
- Syllabus
