Course objectives
The course introduce basic topics from the field of Transport geography. Seminars focused on acquiring practical analytic methods (graph theory, measures of accessibility and transport services etc.) are an integral part of the course.

  • 2. Development of transportation.
  • 3. Basic concepts in transport geography.
  • 4. Transportation modes.
  • 5. Transportation terminals.
  • 6. Transportation and economic development, transportation and spatial organization, transportation and location, transportation and environment.
  • 7. Transport policy.
