Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
describe basic principles of plant cell, tissue and organ culture in vitro;
explain the history and development of this cultures until today;
analyze the impact of different types of culture method on the plant genotype preservation and/or change;
propose in vitro methods suitable for plant multiplication, breeding and production.
