Students must be able to walk approximately 10-15 km. each day and have appropriate clothes and shoes.

Course objectives
Course is offered to the students of bachelor and master studies, who want to strengthen and broaden their knowledge from mineralogy, petrology and regional geology.
Syllabus
  • 1st. Day: Nedvědice, Smrček, Pernštejn, Věžná, Rožná. 2nd. Day: Sklenné n. Oslavou, Dobrá Voda, Horní Bory, Dolní Bory.
Teaching methods
Explanation of important characteristics of each visited locality by the lecturers and possibility for students to individually examine the outcrops and take samples.
Assessment methods
Credit will be given for active participation on both days of the excursion and passing a test focused on topics covered during the excursion.
