- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- practice and improvement coordination at balance trainer
- strengthening of deep stabilization muscles (core) with use bosu - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, student will be able:

- 1. Training of the correct techniques of bosu exercise
- 2. Setting of simple exercise into aerobic blocks
- 3. Training of correct techniques of bodybuilding on bosu
- 4. Training of balance exercise on bosu

Bosu is a strengthening aerobic workout with music that uses BOSU balance devices. Bosu is used to improve body posture and coordination of movements, the ability to maintain balance, necessary for any area of fitness, sports performance or rehabilitation. Exercise on bare feet is aimed at all muscle groups, exercises the muscle systems of postural and phasic chains quickly, safely and comprehensively. The lesson is focused on cardio exercise, with the help of simple aerobic steps we increase physical fitness.
Other forms of exercise are also used in the lessons, e.g. bodystyling, tabata, interval and circuit training. Various tools are used - dumbbells, overballs, rubber bands.
