- Course objectives
- Fit lesson - it is a body building interval aerobic training usually divided into 6-12 stands (benches, boxes,trampolines, slides, fitballs, dumbbells, etc.). Exercise focused on main muscle parts is usually chosen intercut with aerobic exercise to keep the adequate intensity. It is suitable for the advanced.

- Zápočet je udělen studentům za docházku, která musí mít určitou kvalitu: - 1x možná absence bez omluvy - 2x institucionální omluvenka - 3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období - student musí mít více než 50% přímou účast ve výuce

- General note: FIT HODINA-posilovací intervalový trénink aerobního charakteru, sestávající obvykle z 6-12 stanovišť ( lavičky, stepy, trampolínky, slidy, fit bally, činky apod. ) obvykle volíme cviky na hlavní svalové skupiny, které prokládáme cviky aerobního char.
