Course objectives
School counselling The course grooms the students dealing with the complexity of teacher practice. Managing unusual and difficult situations (i.e. pupils obedience, indiscipline, handicaps etc.) is an important part of the teachers profession. Students get the knowledge and basics skills how to cope with a large variety of problems and how to provide the basic school counselling to pupils and their parents etc. School management The course is devoted to the main topics of school management such as: basics of school law, labour law, staff motivation, team building and work, leading styles, teachers cooperation and the possibilities of the professional development.
