Course objectives
The aim of specialization of athletics course is practical leading of athletics training in each of athletic disciplines.

  • 1. day Special throwing drills, diagnostics in running events 2. day discus training and throwing drills, diagnostics in jumping events 3. day hammer throw, diagnostics in throwing events
