Course objectives
The theoretical and practical level of the student, who applied his knowledge to practical work. At the end of the course students should be able to:
know nutrition suplements in fitness
know new excercises with f.ex. flowtonic, kettlebells, flexibar, aquahit, etc.
to analyse the ambience of fitness center
