- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to create the right physical habits in teaching floorball, softball, non-traditional games, table tennis and badminton. Improving the technique of individual game activities, game combinations and creating the foundation of the concept of the game. The subject is focused on the practice of game activities of the individual in the sequence of the methodical series.
- Learning outcomes
- After graduation, the student will able to understand the lectures in the basic characteristics of the physical activities. Familiar with other forms of sports games, game theory means the activities of the various physical activities, understands the nature of learning proper movement habits in the classroom, technology can identify offensive and defensive operations and create the basis for collective concept of the game.
- Syllabus
- Practical part is to develop good exercise habits for learning floorball, softball, non-traditional games, table tennis and badminton, to perfect the technique of individual gaming activities, gaming and a combination of a basic concept for the game. The course focuses on training individuals in the gaming activities methodical sequence number. Blocks curriculum hockey: The basic game skills - Attitude and holding the stick - Movement of the pitch - Basic games Individual sporting activities - driblink - Keeping the ball - Processing and pass - Release the ball without - Release the ball - Shooting - Occupation of a player without the ball - Filling the player with the ball - Arrive and touched - Blocking shots Playing a combination of - And go přihraj - Return pass - Personal Interference - Rules, the game Blocks softball curriculum: warm-up throwing catching firing pitch run by Metz tactic game Blocks curriculum unusual games: The goal is to contribute to the development of innovative games - korfball, de Tchoukball, ring, etc. Ringette Ringo - the game of individuals, pairs and triples, Korfball - basic game activities Tchoukball - basic game activities Ringette and other non-traditional games Blocks curriculum table tennis: Technology blows - basic straight punch, hitting the bottom and top spin, filing, filing receipt, movement technique in singles, doubles players in the movement. Blocks curriculum badminton: Technology strikes - hold missiles, filing, Klír, drop. shorts, lob, smash, receiving submissions, sklepnutý ball, examples of combinations - offensive and defensive positions Lectures: history, attractions, rules, discipline, equipment, recommended literature.
