- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
BEGINNERS
Students can become familiar with preliminary exercises for practise of asanas, basic yoga asanas, basic breathing exercises, some methods of relaxation and ways how to concentrate mind on exercises
PRE-INTERMEDIATE
Practice of classical Hathayoga asanas with the accent on breathing exercises. Relaxation with visualization, Ujjayi pranayama - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able: - To perform basic asanas of Yoga and to understand the principles of Yoga exercise

- - preliminary exercises for yoga positions - SARVA HITA ASANAS
- - basic yoga positions - ASANAS
- - practice of some methods of RELAXATION - flash relaxation, relaxation using tension and relaxation of muscles, relaxation using relaxing influence of exhalation, relaxation with autosuggestion
