- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to acquire skills to create adequate exercise program due to the client's age (child, senior), lifestyle diseases(vertebral problems , hypertension , diabetes mellitus and others.. ), handicap and the type of sport. At the end of this subject students will be able to independently create physically adequate intervention programs in relation to the client's individual needs.
- Learning outcomes
- After the course students will be familiar with basic theory and practises of alternative mindfull exercises.
Participants should be ready to:
- see the difference between exercise based on traditional system and modern application using just some special components of it
- use individual mindfull exercise program according to client´s age, illness or handicap
- apply minfull exercises with relaxation and breathing techniques to individual sport training - Syllabus
- Yoga as a prevention of lifestyle diseases.
- Yoga for athletes regeneration.
- Application of alternative forms of exercise.
- Using alternative forms of exercises to improve coordination and concentration athletes´abilities.
- Pranayama techniques and controlled breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques.
- Methodology of healthy lifestyle exercise program.
- Alternative forms of exercise for children.
- Development of specific physical activity programs - educational principles.
