Course objectives
The aim of the subject is provide knowlede about effect high and moderate allitude (HMAT) on the organism and planning, leading of training processes in high allitude. The another goal is to educate students about application forms and mathods of training in high allitude.
Learning outcomes
After successfull completion of the subject student will be able:
to describe effect of HMAT on organism,
to apply theory to planning of training process in HMAT,
to create training plans in HMAT related with age, perfomance and individual differenciations.
Syllabus
  • Excersises:
  • practical demonstration of using suitable methods, forms of training in HMAT,
  • Lectures:
  • 1. Effect of HMAT on organism, phases of HMAT, alternatives of HMAT,
  • 2. Application of endurance´s development methods in HMAT.
  • 3. Application of strength´s , speed´s methods in HMAT.
  • 4. Rules of HMAT´s plannning.

Teaching methods
Lectures and practical excersise in HMAT.
Assessment methods
Credit test contains 10 questions (70% success rate). Students have to elaborate training plan related to HMAT. (group work/ 1 plan).
