- Course objectives
- Bodystyling is focused on strengthening and shaping the figure and also helps improve physical condition. The training focuses on shaping the muscles of the whole body, especially focusing on strengthening the problematic areas - thighs, buttocks and abdominal muscles. The lesson consists of four parts. The first part of the lesson is of a combustion character with strengthening the lower half of the body. There is also an increase in heart rate, which accelerates basal metabolism and the body begins to use fats as a source of energy. Another part of the lesson is focused on strengthening the muscles of the upper body. The third part is devoted to abdominal muscles, pelvic floor muscles and muscles around the spine, which are very important for proper posture. At the end of the hour, the body calms down and the muscles are stretched.
