Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle - the aim of the course is to introduce the system of this martial art style to students. The system supports the development of physical and mental abilities and skills focused on the use of the weight and strength.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able: - To apply learned techniques in everyday life situations in case of their defence

  • Warming - up using Russian school exercises.nSystema principles. Systema breathing exercises. Setting-up exercises for the development of force and dexterity. Setting-up exercises for receiving strikes. Striking principles and techniques
