Course objectives
The course is a theoretical and practical introduction of the exercise that lowers stress, builds move softness and improves the conrol of the body centre. It linkes spiritual and physical harmony like the traditional yoga. It includes fluent changes of the strength poses, stretching, relaxation and the breathe exercise.The theory is included in the training if the exercise character requires it.

cvičení,zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku,která musí mít určitou kvalitu: -1xmožná absencebez omluvy -2x institucionální omluvenka -3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
