- Widening and deepening the knowledge, skills and practical knowledge related to the development of motor skills in fitness. - Practical demonstration hours + methodology. Stocks exercises for different muscle groups in the gym. Development of motor skills and practical examples of the training unit for the development of motor skills. Examples of different training plans for fitness. Demonstration of the wellness center. Practical innovations in setting up a wellness center. .
