- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- practice and improvement coordination at balance trainer
- strengthening of deep stabilization muscles (core) with use bosu - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, student will be able:
- coordination at bosu
- exercise core with use bosu - Syllabus
- 1. Training of the correct techniques of bosu exercise
- 2. Setting of simple exercise into aerobic blocks
- 3. Training of correct techniques of bodybuilding on bosu
- 4. Training of balance exercise on bosu
- 5. Final stretching
