Successful completion of the course VPLN4435 Theory of Organization and Management and the course VPLn4436 Management and Development of Human Resources. The VPLn4434 course can be studied in parallel or preliminary to the VPLn4423 Personnel Analysis and Planning course. The recommended and standard enrollment period is in the second or third semester of the master's degree, depending on whether the initial semester was autumn or spring. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is: (1) to enable students to have an idea of basic personnel management activities, such as the analysis of personnel (organizational) problems and the planning of measures to address them. (2) to clarify the connection between organizational context - personnel analysis - creation of personnel plans and strategic management of human resources as an indivisible complex unit. The basic starting point of the study is the system approach. (3) to enable students to understand human resources analysis and planning in the area of human resources as a prerequisite for quality (strategic) personnel management.
- Learning outcomes
- Students will be able to:
- apply a system approach to the analysis and planning of human resources in the organization;
- distinguish elements of strategic planning and management according to the type of organizational context in which it takes place;
- to carry out partial analyzes of human resources in the organization;
- to draw up sub-plans for the different areas of personnel work, including the design of policy measures and program activities - Syllabus
