Course objectives (in Czech)
Anotace: Kurz je jako volitelný (B) určen studentům bakalářského studia sociologie, přístupný je rovněž studentům ostatních oborů FSS MU. Cílem kurzu je seznámit posluchače s vývojem teorie formalních organizací a byrokracie v sociologii a souvisejicích sociálních vědách a diskutovat význam a roli různých aspektů fenomenu byrokratické organizace v sociálním životě; soudobých společností. V průběhu kurzu se posluchači seznámí s původními texty nejvýznamnějších sociologů organizace a budou je diskutovat v seminářích. Podmínkou získaní zápočtu je aktivní účast v seminářích, úspěšné absolvování průběžného kontrolního a závěrečného testu a vypracování písemného eseje. Rozsah povinné četby činí 110 stran českého textu a 197 stran anglického textu.
