Course objectives
Students will understand basic processes in HR field and be able to use competence models. Students would cooperate within study groups and develop their communication and presentation skills.

  • - What does it mean Competencies and Competency model? - Competencies within organization - Using competency model in main HR processes (Staffing, Recruitment, Performance management, Training and Development)
