Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: Describe and explain the basic methodological goings concerning: decision making, profile analysis and motivation (stimulation), forming visions and aims (objectives), SWOT analysis, basics of crisis management and financial management.
Apply methods: modify decision making process, dicision making analysis, planning time matrix, profile analysis, SMART objectives, SWOT analysis, diagnostics of crisis in organization and crisis management organization in crisis period, costings, investment dicision making and financial planning.
Analyze: couses of problems on individual and organizational level, personal and profesional profiles, usage od disposal time, content of formulated visions and objectives, opportunities and threats of particular organization and its strenths and weaknesses, crises' couses of any organization, financial "health" of profit organization.
Formulate: clear-cut decision, motives and stimulus for particular person, recommendations for own activities to quadrant of not-urgent and important activities, objectives in keeping with requirements of SMART, recommendations for top management how to be up against crisis' situation, stimuli for improvment of organizational financial "health".
Assess suggested recommendations or stimuli (see point up).
