Course objectives (in Czech)
Předmět je zařazen jako společný základ pro všechny studenty bez ohledu na jejich studijní obor. Účelem předmětu je umožnit studentům orinetaci v nejnovějším vývoji jednotlivých oborů a rozvíjet u nich schopnost samostatné úvahy o důvodech konkrétních změn a vést je k hledání souvislostí mezi právními instituty.

  • Je stanovena vždy aktuálně na základě návrhů jednotlivých oborů.
Literature
  • Literatura je upřesněna podle tématického zaměření přednášek.
Assessment methods (in Czech)
Předmět je ukončován zápočet, k němuž musí student předložit písemnou práci zpracovanou k některému z témat přednesených během daného kursu.
