- At the end of this course the student will be able to:
a more detailed analysis of selected institutes of the particular international private las (family, labor, inheritance and intellectual property law);
apply the institute of the common private international law in a particular conflict of laws;
use the analogy of the application specific conflict of laws. - Syllabus

- Case studies on application of particular conflict of laws.
- Linking procedural law and particular conflict of law.
