- The prerequisite of this course is the successful completion of the first semester. The subject of the course follows the methodological problems in contemporary legal philosophy.

- Course objectives
- The course pursues two objectives. The first aim is to explain the basic principles of critical legal thinking. The second goal is to present forms of criticism.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to:
a) criticize the chosen methodological position, it means, the student will be able to identify and justify its strengths and weaknesses;
b) to build their own critical approach to the research issue. - Syllabus

- c) Basic principles of critical legal thinking.

- theoretical preparation based on given study materials;
class discussion; - Assessment methods
- The student is obliged to prepare a professional text for publication in a professional journal.
