Course objectives
The aim of this course is to intensify the students knowledge in the field of collective labour law. The legal framework of social dialogue and information about tactics, strategy and techniques of communication with using of theory of driving conflicts and team work represent the fundamental parts of this course. Passing the course results in increase of the skills. Student will be able to apply acquired knowledge in communication during any negotiation or bargaining between parties.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the course student will be able to:
- apply the legal regulation of collective bargaining,
- choose the proper way of solution of the collective legal dispute,
- prepare and take part in collective bargaining or other negotioation,
- better communicate, perform and present.
Syllabus
  • Conception, subject and content of social dialogue in the Czech Republic and the European Union. Legal, economic and personnal framework of social dialogue. The content of collective agreements and collective disputes. Skills and technique of communication. Tactics of bargaining in the conclusion of the collective agreement. Practical application of the tactics of bargaining in the individual steps of the conclusion of the collective agreement.
