Cíle předmětu
This course deals with the selected problems of constitutional law Main objectives can be summarized as follows : • to learn principles of constitutional law • to understand modern problems of constitutional justice • to be able to explain the principles of separation of powers • to be able make a comparison on different constitutional regulation • to learn the basic aspects of the constitutional systems of the Baltic Sea States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland)
