- Course objectives
- The fundamental objective of the course is: to understand ADR. This technique of the solving of dispute is divided into two three parts: commercial, consument and family area. The course focuses on the area of commercial and consumer disputes.
- Syllabus
- 1.Introduction - the explanation of the nature ADR. 2. Mediation. Conciliation. 3. Arbitration. Med-arb. 4. Mediation in family matters.

- Case study in writing. Student will present this study at the coloquium.
