- Course objectives
- Main objectives can be summarized as follows:
to understand the functions of criminalistics in the society, and its knowledge-function;
to acquire the basic concepts, object, development and system of criminalistics;
to understand the place of criminalistics in the system of sciences;
to acquire the criminalistics theory about perpetrator and about his victim;
to understand the criminalistics foot and identification;
to acquire the selected nature methodes in criminalistics;
to acquire the basic criminalistics aspects of the hearing;
to understand the kinds of the expert-research;
to acquire general questions of the investigation methodic and selected methodics of investigation. At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain basic concepts of criminalistics; work with informations on this subject in practice; create a text on criminalistics topic; interpretation and application of the concepts of criminalistics in context with criminal substantive and process law; - Syllabus
