Course objectives
- development of physical abilities

- Creating a program to improve performance with emphasis on rescuers' fitness
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course the student will be able to:
- Diagnosing the level of physical abilities and skills
- Set up a training plan for
rescue workers' specific needs - Schedule and implement an exercise capacity development unit

Assessment methods
Students have to attend at least 5 seminars (active participation). 4 x 10 m Shuttle Run. Yoyo recovery test. Clean and jerk exercise (repetitions per 1 min, male 30 kg, female 20 kg).
