- Course objectives
- Objective of the course in terms of learning outcomes and competences The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the procedures of the coronary unit - preparation, course and treatment of the patient, treatment of a patient with cardiac surgery, principles of nursing care of a patient with cardiovascular diseases, a patient with a consciousness disorder, myocardial infarction, acute and chronic heart failure, valvular disorders, supraventricular arrhythmias, ventricular arrhythmias, hypertensive crisis, before, during and after cardioversion, defibrillation, cardiostimulation, myocarditis, pericardial disease, care for patients in angiology.

- Students are able to: - to define individual procedures in coronary department – preparation, process and treatment of patients. - to define nursing care individual procedures and nursing care patients with cardio surgery intervention - to explain principles of nursing care by patients with cardiovascular disease - to define care a patients with impaired consciousness - to define care a patients with acute myocardial infarction - to define care a patients with acute and chronic heart failure - to define care a patients with supra ventricular arrhythmias - to define care a patients with ventricular arrhythmias - to define care a patients with hypertensive crisis - to define care a patients before, process and after cardioversion, defibrillation and pacing - to define care a patients with myocarditis - to define care a patients with pericardial disease - to define care a patients in angiology
