- Course objectives
- A successful learner from this course will be able: to understand the basic features of Russian folk, old Russian literature and culture; to learn the history of old Russian literature and its relations with the historical and political conditions in Russia; to understand the main topics of literary science and their application in the text analysis in to analyze the relations of Russian folklore and literature; to understand and analyze the relations between literature, art and music; to understand and analyze the relations between the style, movement and genre in their historical evolution; (papers written by the students)

- Assessment methods
- Written test, an individual final project - see instruction in "studijni materialy" in IS. Reading of Russian literature (a list of the books see in "Teaching methods"). The examination including seminar work and written test of literary theory and terminology, and self-reading test (75% of correct answers is needed to pass).
