- Given the content of the course, it cannot be recommended for students with current mental health difficulties. If less than 12 students enroll, the course will not be implemented. In the first week, there will be a contact lecture where information about the subject will be given and mindfulness meditation will be introduced. For the next eight weeks, the exercises will take place online. The last week will again take place face-to-face, where the entire program will be evaluated. The students' task will be to write a weekly self-reflection that will relate to the given meditation week. It is recommended that students devote themselves to meditation during the week (at least 6 days out of seven). https://is.muni.cz/auth/el/phil/podzim2024/PSMB074/index.qwarp
