Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide student with a knowledge of the current issues of positive psychology - its background, main subjects and the range of research. At the end of the course students shoud be able tu understand the importance of positive emotions and positive potentials and its effects on quality of life of the individual. Students should explain the importance of positive qualities and potentials (love, hope, forgiveness, gratitude,...) and be able to suggest the applications of gained knowledge in counselling and psychotherapy.
