- Course objectives
- They will familiarize students with relevant approaches, methods and theories developed within the academic discourse of new media art and culture.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the corse student will be able to:
- Identify individual methodological approaches to new media studies.
- To describe different methodological approaches and theories of new media discourse, their advantages and limitations.
- To summarize main theories and concepts of new media art and culture. - Syllabus

- Lectures, homeworks, reading.
- Assessment methods
- (1) Final written exam - maximum 60 points, the minimum for passing is 40 points. Combination of open (two) and closed (ten) questions from the subject matter and compulsory literature.
(2) Delivery of compulsory texts reviews is a prerequisite for admission to the final exam.
(3) Voluntary: Presentation on the topic from the content of the course, 5 points for the presentation, one student can have maximum of 4 presentations. - Language of instruction
