- Course objectives
- Seminar is aimed on applied teaching the methods of mental hygiene.
Concrete techniques, which would be mediated to participants are as these ones:
Autogenic training
Jacobson progresive myorelaxation
5S technique
Principals of body-therapy and auto/masage
Principals and basal steps of regenerative soma-exercises
At the end of the course participants would be able to apply the principals of mental hygiene in their own lifes (incl. special techniques of relaxation, concentration or physical regeneration/training). - Syllabus
- Teaching of the seminar is full-adapted to needs of students.
- Seminar is aimed on applied teaching the methods of mental hygiene.

- Practice/Drill of usefull mental-hygienic technigues. Class discussion. Homeworks.
- Assessment methods
- Type of the finalization will be specified by teacher at the begining of the semester. The most important is individual activity of participants during the semestr. Participating is obligate in minimal on 80% of seminars.
