- Graduates of the course latin II have to acquire a knowledge of grammar and vocabulary from the textbook latina pro posluchače FF, Units 1-16. They are expected to be able to translate an easy text from Latin into Czech or, consulting a dictionary, a light passage by a classical author.

- Graduates of the course Latin II have to acquire a knowledge of grammar and vocabulary from the textbook Latina pro posluchače FF, Units 1-16. One semester covers Units 9-16. Grammar will be explained, exercises made and revisions included.

- grammar is explained, exercises and revision lessons are included
- Assessment methods
- written test consisting in identification and translation of 10 verbal forms, 10 syntagmas subst.+ adj./pron./part., and 10 Latin clauses (lections 1-16 of the manual, minimum pass level 60%; oral examination focusing on Latin grammar regular attendance is required
