- The subject should give informations of basic mathematical techniques applicable in cartography.
- Syllabus
- 1. Basic concepts of logic and set theory.
- 2. Vectors, matrices, determinants.
- 3. Vector and euclidian spaces.
- 4. Functions and their basic properties.
- 5. Sequences, limit.
- 6. Basic concepts of differential calculus: continuity, limit, derrivative.
- 7. Basic concepts of integral calculus: antiderrivative, definite integral.
- 8. Applications of derrivatives and integrals.
- 9. Multiple variable functions, partial derrivatives.
- Assessment methods (in Czech)
- Seminář s demonstracemi řešení úloh. Klasifikace zápočtu na základě dvou písemek.
