The emphasis will be put on local and global consequences of atmospheric pollution, particular impacts of pollution and possibilities of its monitoring. The attention will be paid to recent climate change and atmosphere protection.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able to identify the elemental sources of atmospheric pollution; describe the processes in the atmosphere allowing the formation and spreading of polluting substances; enumerate local and global consequences of atmospheric pollution; define the particular impacts of pollution; present the possibilities of atmosphere protection.
