Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to understanding the basic principles of electron microscopy and microanalysis training of SEM, EDX, and WDX analytical problems on electron microscope and microprobe

  • SEM - basic function basic principles of elektron microscopy and microanalysis EDX analysis WDX analysis possibility and constrains of EMPA utilisation of EMPA
