- Cíle předmětu
- At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- define fundamentals of chromatographic methods and describe them in the context with other separation analytical methods;
- understand and clarify principles of individual types of chromatography and functional layout of chromatographic instrumentation, their individual parts and detecting elements;
- explain theoretical aspects and mechanisms of chromatographic separation and principles of choice of chromatographic systems;
- asses and interpret results of chromatographic analyses;
- evaluate significance of connection of chromatographic methods with various analytical techniques, especially with spectral methods;
- take advantage of chromatography in quantitative and qualitative analyses of various types of samples; - Osnova

- 2. Gas chromatography.

- Výukové metody
- Teaching is conducted in the form of self-study of study materials in English and individual consultations. Students will receive copies of individual images in PowerPoint and an electronic version stored in IS. The intelligibility of difficult parts is verified interactively during individual consultations.
- Metody hodnocení
- The final assessment (at the end of the semester) is by oral examination. Three related topics are the content of the discussion during the oral examination.
