A prerequisite for enrolment in the subject is previous completion of np/nk4121 Reflection on Practice 1. Since the subject is linked in content to the parallel pedagogical practice, it can be taken only if the student is also taking n4130 Pedagogical Practices 2. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- The main objective of the subject is to further develop and deepen the students' competences, which are connected with reflection and self-reflection of teaching. The subject focuses on improving self-reflection as one of the key elements of the teacher's diagnostic and evaluation activities in the pedagogical process. This main objective is fulfilled mainly through concrete experience of self-reflection of own teaching through consultations with the supervising teacher and the faculty teacher, introspection, analysis of the course and results of own activities, create of reflective diary and own case study and getting feedback from students in teaching.
- Learning outcomes
- After completion of the subject, students will:
creates introspective basis of his/her teaching
actively getting feedback from students in teaching
explain the importance of using introspective basis and feedback from students for the teacher's professional development
formulates objectives for their professional development on the basis of self-reflection
sets criteria for evaluating to fulfill of the professional development's objectives - Syllabus
