- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle P 851 Nordic Walking is a new sport in our country and is ranged in hiking. It is walking with sticks and the course is a continue of p937. 40% of the exerted work can be shifted from lower to upper limbs thanks to the sticks ( the correct walking technique is very important). The weight spreading to all limbs and the consequent unweight of knee and hip joints is a great advantage of this sport as well as the straighting character of the move and spinal unweight.

- Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
