PRE-INTERMEDIATE
Practice of classical asanas with the accent on breathing exercises. Relaxation with visualization, Ujjayi pranayama

Hatha Yoga applies a traditional yoga approach. In the static yoga version with dwells of 1-3 minutes, asanas and relaxation alternate. The course includes the introduction of breathing techniques that are an important part of yoga practice. We will practise mantras from Mantra Yoga, which have a positive effect on human mind. During the course, we will gradually become acquainted with Radja Yoga and Patanjali's yoga as the philosophical basics of Hatha Yoga. This approach emphasizes overall harmonization.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic yoga that emphasizes an active, fluent interconnection of asanas, and where the movement is fluently interconnected with breathing. The first 2/3s of a lesson focuses on the fluent movement in the rhythm of position/inhale/exhale, and the last 1/3 of a lesson is focused on rotational and inverted asanas with dwelling. Through regular practice, everyone quickly gains natural strength and flexibility.

Yin Yoga is a slow yoga that emphasizes deep body relaxation. The goal here is not muscles, but the connective tissue (joints, ligaments, tendons, myofascial connections, discs). We dwell in asanas for 3-5 minutes, or even longer (depending on the level). The technique uses the principle of gravity and the body stays absolutely and passively calm, which releases the connective tissue structures, and brings a deep relaxation of the whole body including the mind. Due to it, the lessons can support concentration techniques, which can turn into guided meditation.

Healthy Back is a restorative exercise interconnecting elements of yoga techniques, remedial exercise and Feldenkrais method. It always respects the comfort body zone and the physiological range of movement. The goal is to release muscle spasms, to correct wrong movement patterns, to eliminate chronic pain, and to set the correct breathing rhythm.
