Course objectives
The aim of the course is to attend a sports course
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course the student will be able to:
- Define the basic means of developing fitness skills in the outdoor environment
- Apply a training program to develop physical abilities in the natural environment
- Plan and organize a focus with emphasis on the development of specific physical abilities
- Design, implement and evaluate the application of the training program, including initial and final testing of physical abilities and skills
- Set up, test and analyze device outputs that diagnose current sports performance (sporttester, accelerometer)
- Evaluate the contribution of specific training devices in the outdoor environment (eg cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, running)v
